Certified Professional Coach (ICF Accredited Course) Certified Professional Mentor - IMC Consultant & Trainer, UNDP Mentor, National Incubation Center Sheikh Hammad Amjad currently works as the Deputy Country Head Pakistan for one of the largest Japanese logistics groups globally. He was the former Chief Executive Officer for the International Business Council established to facilitate business linkages. He has also served as CEO, British Business Centre Pakistan, a company formed by the British Government to facilitate UK SMEs in the country. He is a management professional with years of experience in business and programme management, responsible for design, development, and delivery of business strategies & programmes. His experience includes working with large number of stakeholders, engaging government, trade, and civil society organizations in programme implementation. As part of his present portfolio, He closely work with international businesses, federal & provincial government, and chambers of commerce & industry for trade development and public relations at various levels. He has previously worked with the British Council and Ministry of Information & Technology in Pakistan. Apart from the positions he has held in the past, he is also engaged as a consultant with various organizations for market expansion, business development and training of entrepreneurs. Hammad has founded 11 start-ups in his career which gives him enough experience to understand the challenges faced by these businesses once they cross the initial stages and effort required to keep them afloat in the competitive market. He holds an MBA degree from the Institute of Business Management with majors in Marketing. He received a fellowship from Charles Wallace Trust Fellowship at SOAS, University of London.
