Introduction
This weekend-based certificate course in Arbitration is designed to offer participants foundational to intermediate knowledge of arbitration—from its conceptual roots to practical implementation across domestic and international contexts. Successful completion of the programme will allow you to gain a certification in Arbitration and will be an ADRi Arbitration Advocate. Most local and long-distance LL.B programmes in Pakistan do not provide training in Arbitration even though it is one of the most lucrative fields.
