2. Provision of Services
All our services are provided either online or in-person; however, we do not provide any goods that require shipping. Upon booking our trainings or other services, you will receive an email or call from us to guide you further on how to make payment, following which you will receive confirmation of your booking.
The requisite date of training or other services will be provided to you on your confirmation, and any other information you need will be provided to you on request, either by email or phone.
Any certificate to be provided to you following the successful completion of a training course shall be issued following evaluation and intimation by our team of your successful completion. Congrats, btw!
