Zain ul Abedeen Hashmi, born and raised in Islamabad, graduated with a law degree from ILMS College, Islamabad. He is currently an associate at Hassan Legal Consultants, specializing as a mediator, litigator, arbitrator, and legal consultant in Islamabad. As an accredited mediator of Crowther Mediation, registered with the Civil Mediation Council (CMC) and certified by the International Mediation Institute (IMI) in the UK, he brings a wealth of expertise in civil litigation.
His areas of focus include land laws (revenue matter), property laws, family laws, and laws related to the Capital Development Authority, Cooperative societies, and its members. Zain is passionate about using Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms to address disputes, particularly those related to Civil Mediation, Commercial Mediation, Family Mediation, Inheritance matters, and contractual issues such as sale and purchase agreements.
