This Shipping Policy (“Shipping Policy”) governs your shipping (“Shipping”) of services or products purchased or booked (“Orders”) on our website located at theadrinitiative.com/ and theadri.org/ (together or individually “Service”) operated by The ADR Initiative LLP.
Your agreement with us includes this Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy, our Terms, our Disclaimer, and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) Agreements, then you may not use the Service, but please let us know by emailing at bookings@theadrinitiative.com
so we can try to find a solution. These Agreements apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use Service.
2. Provision of Services
All our services are provided either online or in-person; however, we do not provide any goods that require shipping. Upon booking our trainings or other services, you will receive an email or call from us to guide you further on how to make payment, following which you will receive confirmation of your booking.
The requisite date of training or other services will be provided to you on your confirmation, and any other information you need will be provided to you on request, either by email or phone.
Any certificate to be provided to you following the successful completion of a training course shall be issued following evaluation and intimation by our team of your successful completion. Congrats, btw!
