This Refund Policy (“Refund Policy”) governs your refund (“Refund”) of services or products purchased or booked (“Orders”) on our website located at theadrinitiative.com/ and theadri.org/ (together or individually “Service”) operated by The ADR Initiative LLP.
Your agreement with us includes this Refund Policy, our Terms, our Disclaimer, and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) Agreements, then you may not use the Service, but please let us know by emailing at bookings@theadrinitiative.com
so we can try to find a solution. These Agreements apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use Service.
2. Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your Order prior to 7 days of your scheduled booking date without giving any reason for doing so.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email to bookings@theadrinitiative.com.
We will begin your refund process and reimburse you within 25 days from receipt of your email.
